Fabrication and installation of multi-story galvanized steel staircases and ocean-side balcony framing for occupied condominium buildings. Work included field welding of stair frames, grated treads, balcony framing, handrail supports, and landing platforms per engineered drawings — requiring precision field welding and multi-level stair alignment with full coordination around resident access and safety. Andromeda completed 6 staircases.
